Property Valuation Service
which includes carrying out valuation of all types of property including land and buildings, movable and immovable assets, for various purposes including balance sheet (accounts), insurance, sale, compensation, taxation, investment, purchase, mortgage, and so on. LEPRO also undertakes the coding of assets, fixing labels on them and the preparation of fixed assets Register

Land Consultancy service
Which include legal documentation support, Buy/Sell/rent consultation, securing of title deeds, arranging Land leases, Land rent payments, Change of Uses of Land, arranging sales and transfers; dealing with tenants; estate agency; advice on the optimum use of property.

Asset Management
which includes Asset Coding and Preparation of Fixed Assets Register. This involves the design of a coding system and the fixing of the codes on properties. Codes are fixed by either freehand, stencil, Demo print or Bar Codes. It involves inventory control by verifying, listing and preparation of inventory cards to control fixed assets movements. This may be either manually, using the Kalamazoo system, or using an existing or designing a customized Fixed Assets Register Software developed by LEPRO. Moreover, we do develop assets capitalization policies and asset disposal policies.

Carrying out research in: land, property, housing, and land administration issues; property markets, values and returns; application of modern technology to enhance the use and management of land and property.

Property Development
which include carrying out studies for real estate projects, putting together development packages, overseeing project realization, and managing property development schemes. These include schemes related to land use planning and land surveying. Moreover, we do develop assets capitalization policies and asset disposal policies.
